Welcome to The Sims United Kennel Club! Here you and your TS3 dogs can participate in a wide variety of sporting and conformation shows. We welcome all players and kennels to our forum to participate in the festivities. Established in 2014, the SUKC has been working hard to create the largest international all breed dog performance registry. Our extensive event opportunities highlight the dog's natural capability while tapping into each breed's heritage and utilizing every piece that made up the puzzle. What makes us different? Our focus on community, this is a place for fun and at the end of the day we make that our first priority. Charming competition and amiable peers make this place what it is, we plan to keep it that way.

As i'm sure most of you have seen by now. we have a new kennel blog system. basically how it works is instead of having 1 photo blog and trying to organize 10,000 different things into posts you can separate them out into multiple posts. For instance you can have a blog for studs and broods(or retired dogs), a blog for champions, a blog for active dogs, or even how-to's or whatever you like. I know not everyone will like this system and since it's new to our club we want your input. Tell us what you like about it, what you don't like about it or how we can organize it better and all that jazz

Actually this would be great for separate blogs for the different breed groups I have, like a blog for my herding dogs, for my working dogs, etc. with their handlers maybe too. Hmm my mind is buzzing now
If I understand correctly, if you have multiple kennels would that be okay to make a separate blog for it?
Yes, if you have multiple kennels they would all go in the 1 folder under your "flag" kennel's name or by request by your user name. IF you want a sub-category made for your kennel(s) let me know and I'll make one...
I find it more difficult and time consuming to navigate. Which makes it harder to look at new entries. Especially because of the sheer amount of kennels now. I don't know, just not a fan
I don't expect all to like this system. If you don't want a sub-category for your kennel I'll remove it...and anyone else who wants there's removed...just send me a PM(this is to anyone who currently has a sub-category kennel folder).

My initial response: not a fan. Though I didn't like the roleplaying layout first either and now I can navigate it well and it doesn't bother me anymore. It's hard for me to get used to new systems. I can see how this is a good change for people who have a ton to update and many breeds and kennels. Mixed feelings. I browse through all content using recent threads so this isn't going to change too much of how I browse. Maybe I'll use it eventually who knows :)
Oh and could you change my category to "Gazer's" instead of "Gazer" thanks :)

hello! i dont' know how the old system was but i'm still getting used to SUKC. one thing to remark (still unsure if it's positive or not) is that there are a lot of categories to navigate. as a new member i find it a bit confusing at times. but like most of you are saying, it's something time will take care of (i hope haha)

Uxmal Lestat (Bari) If you use the drop down menu at the top, it makes it much easier to navigate and it also tells you what threads have new posts. I always use this, and dont ever navigate through the forums posts on the home page.
